Ok...so Friday was the last day of a VERY long and stressful and somewhat painful (yes, my students are aggressive and I get a new bruise every day) school year. I rushed to get last minute things and get ready for the wedding rehearsal. I made it on time! yeah!!!! The weather held out great for the walk-through and we planned a few options just in case the weather was bad for Breezy's wedding. We then went to the dinner put on by Karl's mom and it was fantastic! Great food and great wine! Very nice!
Saturday morning was pretty calm and relaxing and then checked into the bridal suite at 1:00...then the fun began! Crazy, crazy, crazy!
I finished getting Breezy ready literally at the last possible moment! The weather held out for the ceremony and pictures to be outside. She was a glowing happy bride!
We moved the reception inside and the fun began. Kids dancing, great food, nice bartender, and a great work staff at Zermatt. Brianna glowed!
I slept pretty good because I was exhausted! Woke up and loaded up my car with all of the reandom wedding stuff. After loading up the car and waiting for Zermatt to find the special pie plates Bri had made (an hour of waiting and they still hadn't found them), quick breakfast with daddy Bax and Kaye with a bit of an emotional/stress filled break-down. I came down back to reality.
Now...I am trying to decompress from a long, hectic weekend and HARD schoolyear so I can be composed for the morning. I am starting my Masters program in the morning...Tomorrow is the first day of my summer vacation and I am taking 15 credits for my Masters program! What was I thinking?
So...if I am not around much this summer...you know why! I'll be up at the U :)
